"I wouldn't suggest this state farm agents office to anyone ... Thy have proven to be untrustworthy, incompetent, and un able to show any good qualities to me. W in the last 7.5 yrs we've bn w them .. I spent a yr going to this agents office trying to prove tht I held my end of our policy on my daughter's car by paying my premium on coverage ,including compressive coverage and not.until I found the binder did thy admit to fault and then had a excuse why I couldn't use it after tht.. thy are ridiculous..and will take advantage of their position tht you need them if they can... .. it's bn one bad experience after another w everything I've had to call on w the exception of using my roadside assistance other than the towing issue having a limit on the distance thy will allow your vehicle tow w out charging you... The charge isn't much but the tow company wldnt charge extra so why is it tht state farm road side did before thy would send the tow..."

The previous office I used had my policies & billing very messed up and barley explained anything to me and it really made me not want to us State Farm anymore but instead I transferred my things to the Jerry Anderson office and April went above and beyond to explain everything to me and make sure I was able to get the best deals for all of my stuff. She is very knowledgeable & I feel much better knowing I have April handling my stuff and looking out for me! Wish I had used her originally, such a relief! Thank you so much! If anyone needs insurance I highly recommend using April!"
